The first thing we need to do is record the desired song from your CD
to your Computer.. If you don't already have Music Match you can
Download it HERE
NOTE:Set Music Match To Default Player
[Step 1]
Insert your CD and it will open in Music Match ..
Once songs are fully loaded in Music match click record
Button as indicated in the above screen shot.
[Step 2]
Here you will see a New Record window,Once songs are
loaded fully in the preview window select the songs you
wish to record to your Computer, Then select "Record".
[Step 3]
Now we need to locate the Wav Files that were just recorded
to your HardDrive.*Follow this Path* Start/My Documents/My Music
NOTE: This Path applies to Windows XP, I'm not exact on the path
for other systems.
[Step 4]
Once you have located your Wavs for fast Retrieve open your
Sound Recorder, You may follow this path to locate it..
Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment/Sound Recorder
Shown in the screen shot above.
[Step 5]
Select File/Open as in the above image and Locate your Wav File.
[Step 6]
HighLight the desired Wav File and select Open, It will take
a few minutes for the Wav to load in the Sound Recorder due to
It still being such a large file, Which needs to be sized down.
[Step 7]
Select ..File/Properties
[Step 8]
Select Convert Now.. "New Window will appear"
[Step9]
To ensure that your Wav file is small enough to load onto
a Web Site it must be converted and compressed to
create a much smaller file, You will not be able to have
Stereo quality on any of the Wavs you are creating.
follow the settings on the screen shot and Click OK.
Your Wav is Ready to Upload to your Site!!
